We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Administrator to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of our piping project.
📍 Location: Cikarang Barat – Bekasi – West Java
📅 Employment Type: Contract-based

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control documentation and procedures for piping projects.
• Monitor welding, NDT, hydrotest, material traceability, and inspection activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Assist the Quality Control Manager in compiling and reviewing inspection reports, test packages, and final documentation (MRB).
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and client representatives on quality-related matters.
• Maintain records of quality control activities and ensure accurate documentation and traceability.
• Support audits and quality assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
✅ Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Ocean Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in piping quality control within oil & gas, petrochemical, or construction projects.
• Good understanding of international codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, etc.).
• Familiarity with QA/QC documentation systems and project management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant QC software.
• Certification in welding inspection is an advantage.
• Quality Control and Quality Management skills
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
• Candidate Female is Preferable
